Mighty Mutanimals

In the wake of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles' adventures, Archie Comics spun off a short-lived but fondly remembered team title, Mighty Mutanimals (1991–present). This three-issue series, primarily written by Dean Clarrain and illustrated by Ken Mitchroney and Garrett Ho, spotlighted a quirky ensemble of mutant allies—including Bean, Dreadmon, Cudley the Cowlick, Jack Finney, Jagwar, and Jess Harley—as they carved out their own heroic niche. Though brief, it expanded the TMNT universe's supporting cast and showcased the offbeat charm of Archie's mutant line.
