Phase

Stepping out of the early '90s DC cosmos, Phase made her debut in Valor #4 in 1993, courtesy of creators Robert Loren Fleming and M. D. Bright. She moves through the pages of L.E.G.I.O.N. '93 and Valor in the company of a colorful cast of interstellar characters — Vril Dox II, Strata, Garryn Bek, and others who populate DC's sprawling sci-fi corner of the Copper/Modern Age. A relatively rare presence in the catalog, Phase is one of those intriguing figures whose limited appearances only add to her mystique for dedicated DC completists.
