A villain of the Golden Age revisited through Bronze Age eyes, Mr. Who stepped onto the page in 1985's All-Star Squadron #51, conjured by the creative team of Roy Thomas, Dann Thomas, Mike Clark, and Arvell Jones for DC Comics.
