Mousse is a near-sighted martial artist from China who wields a hidden-weapons fighting style, concealing an enormous arsenal beneath his robes. Childhood friend and persistent suitor of Shampoo, he transforms into a duck when splashed with cold water due to a Jusenkyo curse.
