Lieutenant Stan Kitch

Who is Lieutenant Stan Kitch?

Lieutenant Stan Kitch stepped onto the gritty streets of Gotham in 1990, a creation of the celebrated team of Alan Grant and Norm Breyfogle during one of Batman's most atmospheric eras. A supporting player in the heart of DC's Batman universe, he keeps remarkably distinguished company — sharing pages with Commissioner James Gordon, Batman himself, Robin, and Tim Drake across Batman, Detective Comics, and Robin Annual. His handful of appearances place him firmly in that rich tradition of Gotham law enforcement figures who populate the edges of the Dark Knight's world, lending texture and credibility to the city's thin blue line. A small but genuine piece of early '90s Bat-history for the dedicated collector.
