Lee Switzler
Few characters get to share their corner of the Marvel universe with a cigar-chomping, dimension-hopping duck, but Lee Switzler found himself doing exactly that when he debuted in the Bronze Age pages of Howard the Duck #2 in 1979, brought to life by the creative team of Bill Mantlo and Gene Colan. Popping up across Howard the Duck and the irreverent pages of Crazy Magazine, Lee keeps some wonderfully offbeat company β including Beverly Switzler, Howard the Duck himself, and even Dracula β which tells you everything you need to know about the wild, satirical world this character inhabits. With only a handful of catalog appearances, Lee is a rare find for dedicated completionists who love the stranger, more freewheeling corners of Marvel's Bronze Age output.
