Hugin
Hugin is one of Odin's two ravens from Norse mythology, adapted into Marvel's Asgardian pantheon. Alongside his companion Munin, he serves as a scout and messenger for Odin, embodying the concepts of Thought and Memory respectively.
Straight from the halls of Asgard, Hugin made their Marvel debut in the landmark Bronze Age issue Thor #300 (1980), brought to life by the creative team of Mark Gruenwald, Ralph Macchio, Keith Pollard, and Gene Day. Rooted in Norse mythology, this character has kept remarkably distinguished company across the decades β sharing pages with Thor, Odin, Sif, Munin, and Thor Odinson β placing them squarely at the heart of Marvel's Asgardian mythology. With appearances stretching from 1980 all the way to 2026 across titles like Thor by Donny Cates and Jane Foster: The Saga of the Mighty Thor, Hugin is a quietly enduring presence in one of Marvel's most beloved cosmic corners β a gem for any collector who loves their Norse lore woven deep into the Bronze Age tapestry.
