Who is Glenda Mark?

Born from the singular imagination of Jack Kirby at the dawn of the Bronze Age, Glenda Mark made her debut in The Demon #1 (1972) — one of the most celebrated first issues of that era. She's a DC character whose world is richly populated with some genuinely extraordinary company: her pages are shared with the likes of Jason Blood, the ancient sorceress Morgaine le Fey, and the hellfire-tongued Etrigan the Demon himself. Across a publishing life that stretched into the late 1980s and touched titles including Action Comics, Glenda holds a quiet but collector-noted place in Kirby's DC mythology — a human presence at the heart of some very inhuman stories.
