Elroy Jetson
Elroy Jetson is the tech-savvy young son of George and Jane Jetson, growing up in a futuristic world of flying cars and robot maids. Based on the classic Hanna-Barbera animated series, his adventures were adapted into comics published by Charlton beginning in 1970.
The youngest Jetson made his comic book debut in 1970 courtesy of writer Joe Gill and artist Ray Dirgo, bringing the beloved animated future-kid into Silver Age print for Charlton Comics. Over a remarkable span stretching nearly five decades, Elroy has popped up across The Jetsons, The Flintstones, and Hanna-Barbera Giant Size, sharing pages with his family β George, Jane, and Judy Jetson β and even crossing paths with the Stone Age likes of Fred Flintstone and Barney Rubble in those irresistible crossover adventures. With a key issue to his name and 22 catalog appearances bridging the Silver Age all the way to the modern era, he's a charming slice of Hanna-Barbera history that any fan of animated-to-comics adaptations will want on their shelf.
