Eleonoradus
Few characters can claim a debut alongside the likes of Asterix and Obelix, but Eleonoradus has done exactly that, first stepping onto the page in Asterix #13 back in 1972, brought to life by the legendary creative partnership of René Goscinny and Albert Uderzo alongside Gudrun Penndorf. A Bronze Age arrival published under Egmont Ehapa, this character has maintained a presence in the beloved Asterix universe across a remarkable span of some fifty years, appearing in both the classic Asterix series and the dialect-rich Asterix Mundart editions. With a roster of co-stars that includes Miraculix, Gutemine, Automatix, and the indomitable Obelix himself, Eleonoradus genuinely keeps some of the most iconic company in European comics. A modest nine appearances makes this a rewarding find for the dedicated Asterix completist who loves to dig deeper into the village crowd.
