Charlotte Le Duc
Charlotte Le Duc made her entrance into the shadowy, atmospheric world of Sergio Bonelli Editore's beloved Dylan Dog universe in 1996, brought to life by the creative pairing of Claudio Chiaverotti and artist Giampiero Casertano in the pages of Dylan Dog Gigante. A figure of the Copper/Modern Age, she inhabits a richly moody corner of Italian comics where she keeps company with the iconic Dylan Dog himself and the irrepressible Groucho, as well as Jacques Le Duc. Though her appearances across Dylan Dog, Dylan Dog Gigante, and Speciale Dylan Dog are select and carefully placed over a span stretching into 2008, that kind of recurring presence in one of Italy's most cherished horror-mystery series speaks to a character who clearly left an impression worth revisiting.
