Aroree is a Glider, one of the ancient high-flying elves dwelling in the mountain palace of Blue Mountain on the World of Two Moons. First encountered in ElfQuest #11, she is among the most curious and conflicted of her isolated kind.

Aroree soared into readers' imaginations in 1981 when Wendy and Richard Pini introduced her in the pages of ElfQuest #11, a Bronze Age debut from the fiercely independent WaRP Graphics — the scrappy publisher that proved creator-owned fantasy comics could build a devoted, lasting fandom.
