Aron the Watcher
Aron is a rogue Watcher who rejected his race's sacred oath of non-interference in cosmic affairs. Unlike his kin, who are bound to observe but never act, Aron actively meddles in the lives of others — most notably the Fantastic Four.
A rogue among an immortal brotherhood of cosmic observers, Aron the Watcher burst onto the Marvel scene in 1988's Fantastic Four Annual #21, conjured by the creative team of Steve Englehart, Kieron Dwyer, and Joe Sinnott. Unlike his kin who are bound by sacred vows of non-interference, Aron carved out a singular — and troubling — place in the Marvel cosmos, sharing pages with the likes of Ben Grimm, Johnny Storm, and Sharon Ventura across the pages of Fantastic Four and its annuals. His catalog footprint may be small, but his presence in the Copper Age carries the weight of a character who dared to break the rules that define his entire existence — and that kind of cosmic defiance is exactly what makes him worth tracking down.
