I’m Juan Navarro: comic creator, illustrator, former comic shop owner, and lifelong funnybook addict. I’ve spent 20+ years making comics, selling comics, arguing about comics, and convincing people that yes, indie books count and yes, you should read the weird stuff too. I’m the creator behind FWACATA, Zombie Years, VIGIL, REZ, Meathook, and a growing pile of stories that probably need adult supervision. I used to run Goblin’s Heist, where I learned the sacred laws of comic retail: bag your books, respect the pull list, and never underestimate a customer looking for “that one issue with the guy on the cover.” I collect comics, original art, oddball indie books, sketch covers, and anything with enough ink, grit, and personality to survive a bar fight. I deal fair, pack with care, and believe comics are meant to be read, loved, shared, and occasionally rescued from dollar bins like tiny paper orphans. Basically: I make comics, I love comics, and I know how to treat them right.
