Zehn Gebote

In the early 2000s, the German publisher comicplus+ released Zehn Gebote, a ten-issue series that reimagined each of the Ten Commandments as a standalone, modern-day thriller. With scripts by Eckart Sackmann and Frank Giroud, and art by Franz, Giulio De Vita, and Jean-François Charles, the anthology wove moral dilemmas into taut, visually distinct narratives. Its compact, thematic structure made it a distinctive European exploration of ethics in comics form.
