Wut im Bauch

Baru’s Wut im Bauch is a two-issue series from Germany’s Edition 52, published in 2005–2006, that distills the raw, socially charged storytelling he is known for. Written by Baru alongside Kai Wilksen and Ulrich Pröfrock, and illustrated entirely by Baru, the series channels the simmering anger and frustration of its characters into a compact, visually potent narrative. A brief but potent entry in Baru’s body of work, it captures the gritty, humanist edge of European comics.
