Within Temptation

In 2023, Opus Comics launched Within Temptation, a comic series inspired by the Dutch symphonic metal band of the same name. The series follows the band's fictionalized journey, weaving their music and aesthetic into a narrative about artistic creation and supernatural forces. Written by the band's own Sharon den Adel and Robert Westerholt, with art by Romano Molenaar, this one-issue debut captures the band's gothic fantasy style in a story that bridges their real-world mythology with comic book adventure.
