From 2001 onward, Image Comics and Wizard partnered to continue the supernatural saga of the Witchblade, with writer David Wohl and artist Brian Ching as the series' most frequent creative team. This iteration expands on the legacy of the mystical gauntlet, exploring new bearers and threats in a modern urban fantasy landscape. Though the initial run was brief, it remains a key chapter in the Witchblade mythos, bridging the earlier Top Cow era with ongoing adventures.
