About the series
In the early 1990s, Belgian publisher Lefrancq released a two-issue comic series simply titled Wilt, adapting a character from the popular novels by Tom Sharpe. The series was scripted by André-Paul Duchâteau, a prolific Belgian crime writer, with art by Édouard Aidans. Though brief, the series stands as a notable European attempt to translate Sharpe's darkly comedic, farcical tone into sequential art.
