Werner Sammelband

From 1993 to 1997, German publisher Achterbahn released four issues of Werner Sammelband, a series collecting the anarchic, punk-inspired misadventures of the titular comic character. This compilation series gathered earlier Werner stories by creator Rötger Feldmann (known as Brösel), offering a key entry point into the beloved, lowbrow humor that defined a generation of German comics. Its brief run captured the raw, DIY spirit of the original work, preserving the character's iconic status as a slacker antihero.
