Wampus

A short-lived 2010–2011 series from Hollywood Comics, Wampus ran for just two issues. The story centers on a mysterious creature from Native American legend, the Wampus cat, brought into a modern horror context. While the series was too brief to establish a major legacy, it represents the publisher's interest in blending folklore with contemporary comics.
