Verfolger

From 1990 onward, the German series Verfolger (Kunst der Comics / Alpha) is a singular, self-contained comic by writer-artist Fernando Rubio, with co-writing from Gabriela Hofmann-La Torre across its single issue. A stark, atmospheric work, it stands as a cult object of European alternative comics, notable for Rubio's distinctive black-and-white art and its tense, noir-tinged premise of pursuit.
