Verden i tekst og billeder (1959–1963) was a Danish comic series published by I.K. (Illustrerede klassikere), running for 34 issues. It presented classic literary and historical tales in a sequential art format, adapting works from authors such as Alexandre Dumas and Robert Louis Stevenson. The series is notable for bringing world literature to a broad Nordic audience through accessible, illustrated storytelling.
