Vae Victis!

In 2009, Belgian publisher Saga Uitgaven launched Vae Victis!, an ongoing historical comic series set during the Gallic Wars. The series follows a Roman soldier and a Gaulish warrior whose fates become intertwined, exploring the brutal conflict from both sides. Primarily written and drawn by Jean-Yves Delitte, the series is noted for its meticulous research and detailed artwork, bringing a rarely seen perspective to a pivotal moment in ancient history.
