Une enquête de l'inspecteur Canardo

In 1987 and 1988, Benoît Sokal wrote and drew this two-issue French comic series for J'ai lu, following the detective Inspector Canardo on a pair of self-contained investigations. Sokal’s moody, expressive art and noir-tinged storytelling give the series a distinctive, atmospheric charm, marking an early standalone chapter in the long-running Canardo saga.
