About the series
In the mid-2010s, Image Comics released Umbral, a dark fantasy series by writer Antony Johnston and artist Christopher Mitten that ran for two issues. The story follows a thief who steals a mysterious artifact and becomes entangled with a hidden world of shadowy creatures and ancient conspiracies.
