Jeff Smith, the creator of Bone, returns to Cartoon Books with Tuki, a prehistoric adventure series that began in 2021. Following the journey of a young boy in the Pleistocene era, the comic explores survival and discovery in a world of early humans and giant creatures. With Smith handling both writing and art, the series showcases his signature blend of expressive cartooning and epic storytelling. Though only two issues in, it marks a compelling new chapter from one of independent comics' most celebrated voices.
