Tuboescape

Carlos Pacheco both wrote and drew this five-issue series, Tuboescape, which began in 1983 and has continued on an irregular schedule. A Spanish comic that blends surreal humor with a distinctive, energetic art style, it follows a cast of oddball characters through a world of absurd adventures. Though its run is short, Tuboescape remains a notable early showcase for Pacheco's singular creative voice.
