About the series
In the early 1980s, Semic published this short-lived two-issue series starring Trixie, a character spun off from the long-running newspaper strip Hi and Lois. Written by Mort Walker and drawn by Dik Browne, the creators of the original strip, Trixie offered a focused spotlight on the mischievous young daughter of the family. While brief, the series is a notable artifact of the Walker-Browne partnership, extending their wholesome, suburban humor into a dedicated comic book format.
