Trident

In the late 1980s, the short-lived Trident anthology showcased a new wave of British comic talent, with eight issues published under its own imprint. Anchored by the distinctive work of Eddie Campbell, Darryl Cunningham, and Paul Grist, the series offered a raw, eclectic mix of serialized stories and experimental strips. Though brief, it served as an important proving ground for creators who would go on to define alternative British comics in the years that followed.
