Transformers: Generation 1

A decade after the original cartoon and toy line, Dreamwave Productions revived the Autobot–Decepticon war for a new generation of readers. Launched in 2002, this series reimagined the classic Generation 1 characters with sleek, modernized designs by artist Pat Lee, whose detailed, energetic style defined the book's look. Running for ten issues, it set the stage for an expanded Transformers universe at Dreamwave, rekindling fan interest in the franchise's roots before the publisher's later titles.
