Tracht Man

From 2017 onward, Plem Plem Productions has published Tracht Man, a 22-issue comic series blending Bavarian folk culture with superhero action. The creative team—chiefly writer/artist Christopher Kloiber, along with co-writers Henning Mehrtens and Thorsten Brochhaus—has built a unique niche by grounding its lead in traditional lederhosen and alpine imagery. The series stands out for its playful, region-specific take on the cape-and-cowl genre, offering a distinctly German flavor that sets it apart from mainstream superhero fare.
