Jack Lehti wrote and drew both issues of this short-lived Pines series from 1948–1949, following the adventures of a young circus performer. Though it lasted only two issues, Tommy of the Big Top offers a charming snapshot of post-war comic book storytelling focused on the colorful, behind-the-scenes life of a traveling circus.
