The Wormworld Saga

The Wormworld Saga, launched in 2014 by Tokyopop, is a digital-first fantasy series by writer/artist Daniel Lieske. Set in a beautifully painted world, it follows a young boy who discovers a portal to a strange, vibrant realm behind an old painting in his grandmother’s attic. Though only two issues have been released, the series has gained attention for its lush, painterly art and immersive world-building, making it a notable entry in modern webcomic-to-print storytelling.
