About the series
In 2005, Image Comics brought together several of its creator-owned heroes—including Invincible, Firebreather, and ShadowHawk—for a four-issue miniseries written by Jay Faerber, Jim Valentino, and Phillip Hester, with art by Carlos Rodríguez, Jason Howard, and Valentino. The story follows Duncan Belloc-Rosenblatt Jr. and Eddie Collins as they team up with these established characters to face a threat that requires a united front. This crossover served as a showcase for Image's expanding superhero universe, highlighting the collaborative spirit among its diverse creators.
