About the series
In 2012, Hyperion launched a three-issue comic adaptation of Rick Riordan's The Kane Chronicles, a modern fantasy series rooted in Egyptian mythology. Artist Orpheus Collar was the most frequent visual contributor, bringing the sibling protagonists and their magical battles to life across this concise run. The series offers a graphic-novel entry point into Riordan's popular world of gods and demigods, distinct from his more famous Greek and Roman mythology stories.
