About the series
From 1972, DC Comics presented The Inferior 5, a two-issue satire by writer E. Nelson Bridwell and artists Jerry Grandenetti and Joe Orlando. This short-lived series poked fun at the superhero genre by following a team of bumbling, low-powered heroes whose ineptitude was their defining trait.
