The Files of Ms. Tree

From 1984 to the present, Aardvark-Vanaheim has published The Files of Ms. Tree, a hardboiled crime comic written by Max Allan Collins and drawn by Terry Beatty. The series follows private eye Ms. Tree through a single issue that established the gritty, noir tone for which the character became known. This one-shot serves as a key entry point into the long-running adventures of one of independent comics' most iconic female detectives.
