Emil Novak’s The Accumulator is a single-issue comic from Buffalo Nickel, launched in 2000 and ongoing, that introduces a protagonist with the ability to absorb and store the skills and knowledge of anyone they touch. Novak scripts the story, and the art is a collaboration between Novak and Jason Yungbluth, giving the book a distinct visual identity. Though brief, the series sets up a compelling premise about the weight of borrowed experience.
