Susumu Katsumata’s Teufelsfisch is a singular, ongoing German-language comic from Reprodukt, launched in 2024. The series collects the late Japanese manga artist’s surreal, quietly unsettling short stories, originally published in the 1970s, which blend folkloric dread with deadpan domestic absurdity.
