In 2017, IDW brought two iconic franchises together for a second crossover event, reuniting the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles with the Ghostbusters across a five-issue miniseries. Written primarily by Tom Waltz and Erik Burnham, with art from Dan Schoening and others, the story pits Leonardo, Raphael, Donatello, Michelangelo, and the Ghostbusters—including Dr. Peter Venkman and Winston Zeddemore—against a new supernatural and mutagenic threat.
