Tapiiri

Published in Finland between 1984 and 1985 by Fanzine oy, Tapiiri was a seven-issue comic series that brought together the talents of Barbe, Juha Ruusuvuori, and Pat Sullivan, with Barbe and Sullivan handling both writing and art duties. A distinctive entry in the Finnish small-press scene, the series showcased a collaborative, creator-driven approach during the mid-80s. Its brief run offers a snapshot of the era's indie comic energy.
