Szninkiel

Launched by Orbita in 1988, Szninkiel is a Polish translation of the classic European adventure series Thorgal, written primarily by Jean Van Hamme and illustrated by Grzegorz Rosiński. The series follows the mythic, Viking-era exploits of its titular hero, blending fantasy, science fiction, and Norse legend into sweeping, atmospheric tales. Though only one issue was published in this format, it introduced Polish readers to one of the most celebrated Franco-Belgian comics of the late 20th century.
