Sweet Paprika

From 2022 onward, Mirka Andolfo writes and illustrates Sweet Paprika for Splitter Verlag, a three-issue comic series that blends romance, fantasy, and dark humor. The story follows Paprika, a successful but emotionally guarded businesswoman, whose life is upended when a mysterious, supernatural force—the embodiment of her own repressed desires—begins to manifest in her daily routine. Andolfo's lush, expressive art and playful yet poignant storytelling make this a standout exploration of love, identity, and self-acceptance in the modern world.
