About the series
Collecting DC's earliest Swamp Thing stories from the 1970s, this three-issue series gathers the original run by writer Len Wein and artist Berni Wrightson that launched the character, alongside subsequent tales by Gerry Conway and Martin Pasko with art by Keith Giffen and Stephen R. Bissette. It preserves the Bronze Age horror-fantasy atmosphere that defined the muck-encrusted creature's first adventures.
