Export Newspaper Service’s Suspenso (1957–1958) was a short-lived, 11-issue horror-suspense comic that capitalized on the pre-Code revival of the late 1950s. Published by a lesser-known syndicate, it relied on twist-ending tales of crime and the supernatural, with artists like Bill Molno and Charles Nicholas contributing to its grim, atmospheric style.
