Superman's Buddy

DC’s Superman’s Buddy was a short-lived 1950s series that lasted just two issues (1954–1958). As the title suggests, the book spotlighted Superman’s loyal canine companion, Krypto the Superdog, in lighthearted adventures. While the series itself was brief, it holds a niche place in DC history as one of the earliest attempts to give Krypto his own starring vehicle, long before the character became a more familiar fixture in the Superman mythos.
