Steady Beat

A short-lived two-issue series from Tokyopop's short-lived original English-language manga line, Steady Beat (2006–2007) was a romance story about a young woman navigating love and jealousy among her friends. Written and illustrated by Lexi Oh, the series is notable for its clean, shojo-inspired art and its attempt to bring a Western sensibility to a Japanese-style comic format.
