Squee!

Squee! is a darkly comedic horror-comedy series from Slave Labor Graphics, launched in 1998 and ongoing. The book follows the misadventures of a perpetually terrified little boy in a world of grotesque, absurd monsters and everyday suburban dread. Best known for the work of creator Jhonen Vasquez, Squee! expands the universe of his earlier Johnny the Homicidal Maniac with a more childlike, yet no less macabre, perspective. Its single-issue debut remains a cult touchstone for fans of Vasquez's signature, goth-tinged humor and off-kilter storytelling.
