Spirous äventyr

A short-lived but visually striking Swedish comic series from Bonnier Carlsen, Spirous äventyr ran for just three issues between 1993 and 1999. The series paired the talents of writers Stellan Nehlmark and Tome with artists Janry and Dan Verlinden, whose clean, expressive ligne claire style brought the adventures to life. Though brief, it remains a distinctive artifact of 1990s Scandinavian comics publishing.
